Hey, you mean you have pain during urination... then that is something a doctor should be consulted... buddy... if that is a sexually transmitted disease or just an infection coused by usual organisms, you will just be given antibiotics to be taken orally... there are really good antibiotics that could cover most infections in the genital area... so dont be afraid and see a doctor... if there is no pain that could also be possible but just one thing, untreated sexually transmitted disease can cause sterility, cardiac and brain complications... so see your doctor or better a urologist or infectious disease specialist... hope i did help.
